Arthur Knoer – Outreach & Development Coordinator (he/him/his)

Growing up in Kentucky, Arthur earned a master’s degree in political science from the University of Louisville before moving to Colorado. He has worked in numerous nonprofits managing programs, a food bank, and coordinating volunteers for events of all sizes. With a passion for improving program efficacy and efficacy, he is excited to do his part to support the amazing team at DRMAC.

Coleen Samuels – Executive Director (she/her/hers)

Coleen serves as is the Executive Director for the Denver Regional Mobility and Access Council (DRMAC). With over 20 years of business operations and leadership experience, she is passionate about working with under represented and under-served families. Coleen is actively involved in committees addressing transportation accessibility and equity. She holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree and is a proud leader of the the DRMAC team who is dedicated to serving the community by eliminating transportation barriers.

Edlyn Rodriguez – Bilingual DRMAC Trainer (she/her/hers)

Edlyn is from California and attended CCD. She has been working in education for 10 years and is excited to facilitate trainings with DRMAC!

Latoya Prante – Development Manager (she/her/hers)

Latoya graduated from Metropolitan State University with her BSSW. She has 3 associate degrees in human services, Pre-social work, and in psychology. She will be working on her master’s degree sometime in the future. She currently uses her degree to work with the community in a micro, mezzo and macro way. She looks at the community in a systems aspect. What works best for the community. She is someone who loves to support and see people thrive. She is outgoing and very people oriented. She has 20 plus years of experience working with older adults and people with disabilities. She started with DRMAC as an intern and is now the Program and Development Manager.

Linnea Bjorkman – Bilingual DRMAC Trainer (they/she/elle/ella)

Linnea Bjorkman (they/she/elle/ella) is a heartful facilitator, coach and teacher who prioritizes creating inclusive, mindful, and engaging spaces. Linnea, through their small business, Whole Root Wonder, is proud to work with DRMAC in its mission to overcome mobility barriers. They bring experience in guiding advocacy efforts that led to policy changes and built environment improvements for transportation safety in the Denver Metro Area, as well as experience with helping individuals and families in navigating transportation resources. They bring experience designing training materials and workshop formats (in both English and Spanish). Having worked in diverse communities for 20 years, Linnea is passionate about empowering people and fostering accessible and equitable transportation solutions for all, making her an invaluable addition to the DRMAC team.

Maria Griffin – Bilingual Marketing & Program Coordinator (she/her/hers)

Maria is the Administrative and Marketing Assistant at Denver Regional Mobility and Access Council. She has a background in Hospitality Management and is fluent in English and Spanish. She’s passionate for helping others and developing relationships with people in order to provide the best service to the Colorado community. Maria looks forward to continuing the DRMAC commitment to assist people with low- income, disabilities and older adults.

Marissa Fletcher – Intern (she/her/hers)

My name is Marissa Fletcher and I am a Colorado native coming from Parker, CO. Coming into my senior year of the social work program at Metropolitan State University of Denver, I am excited to learn everything I can from the hard-working and dedicated team at DRMAC. I’m driven to serving all who utilize DRMAC’s services while building relationships with those who share the same passion. I love to spend time with friends and family as well as sit down with a great book!

Stephanie O’Neill – Program Manager (she/her/hers)

Stephanie is the Program Manager and oversees our Getting There Travel Training Program, Technology Training Program, Transit to Table Food Access Program, and Getting There App. She has a degree in Health Sciences from the University of Vermont where she focused heavily on reducing food insecurity in local communities. She is passionate about reducing health inequities and improving access to resources and community through transportation and other public health measures. Stephanie is excited to continue partnering with the Denver Metro community through DRMAC.
