Who are they? They connect broken people to a community of support by providing free resources and services that address immediate and long-term needs in the areas of homelessness, hunger, poverty, addiction, abuse, and education and assisting those transitioning from various levels of incarceration.

Hunger Free Colorado

Who are they? They work to make sure all Coloradans have sustainable access to nutritious, affordable food every day where they need it and when they need it. Working around the state, they are building relationships between parents, students, farmers, ranchers, food pantries and schools to strengthen local food systems and integrate more locally sourced foods into school meals and food pantries.
You can support them by celebrating their 15th year anniversary! Support their SNAP Outreach programs, Community Organizing and advocacy efforts to protect the Healthy School Meals for All, Full Plate Society, and other initiatives through a general donation.
