Broomfield Transit Study:

RTD Access-on-demand service /Paratransit Peer Review
Changes/cuts could be made to Access-on-demand. Proposed changes:
Implement a fare of $4.50 per trip, $2.25 for LiVE program enrollees
Provide up to a $30 subsidy per trip
Allow up to 30 trips per month
Limit service to the Access-a-Ride boundary (3/4-mile distance between non-commuter bus routes and rail lines).
Customers must be enrolled and actively use Access-a-Ride for 90 days prior to enrollment in Access-on-Demand
Limit service hours to reflect current fixed-route service hours
Presentation overview of current program, challenges and recommendations
Survey is available through Jan 14
More meetings will be hosted in Spring once Board provides direction on changes

Breaking ground on IDD housing development (The Grove at Cottonwood) in April of 2025
Will be procuring a van for transporting individuals for group activities
Connected with DRMAC for travel training
