The Center for Health Progress and Colorado Health Institute is launching their independent client satisfaction survey of IntelliRide’s services during their first year on the job as the Colorado NEMT broker. This is a survey for NEMT users/riders.

-If you are a rider, please take the survey for yourself and share with others.

-If you are a transportation provider, medical provider, or advocate please share this far and wide with your organization and clients.

The survey takes 10-15 minutes and will be utilized to advocate for rider-driven reform to NEMT. IntelliRide is behind in their contractual survey process. It is so important that they can move forward with conducting an independent survey to push for greater oversight and accountability.
