Join us each week as we create arts and crafts from home. We will explore many different mediums such as paint, drawing, crafting and more. We will be using supplies found around the house.

Get up and moving as we dance and drum to fun music!

Supplies needed: 2 drumsticks (wooden spoons, paint brushes, sticks, or just your hands can be substituted) and a drum (exercise ball, pillow, furniture, buckets)

A slower paced exercise program that is performed while seated in chairs, we will be using body weight exercises along with Laughter Yoga and dance.

Supplies needed: A chair that you can sit in comfortably with both feet on the floor
