Regional Coordinating Councils (RCCs) are voluntary advisory bodies, providing a forum for open discussion, information exchange, and the articulation of local and regional transportation priorities. DRMAC works to Identify unmet needs, formulate regional priorities, and build and support coalitions around transportation issues.
