Aging Well Initiative Workshops in Montbello & Westwood
These workshops help older adults learn about resources that can help them age in place and improve quality of life, they learn about the eligibility criteria, and how to access the services. We will also have Vive Wellness at the Community Hub; this organization is providing service navigation for older adults who need it on site at the workshop after the presentation phase and Denver Human Services will also be providing support to apply for LEAP assistance. At the Denver Indian Center, Denver Human Services will be supporting with applying for LEAP and service navigation. Presenters who stay after the presentation phase will be available to help older adults sign up for services at the workshop as well.
