The Peak Ride Volunteer Driver Planning process was conducted in 2019 to better understand the community transportation needs in Boulder County’s mountain communities. The planning process is a capacity building effort for mountain area organizations and will expand personal mobility and travel choice for mountain residents with limited mobility options. This plan will serve as a guide for community partners to create a viable, locally derived, volunteer driver program while meeting funding reporting criteria.
The draft plan was created through an inclusive planning process working alongside mountain residents and the communities that the volunteer program will serve.
