- TSAC received a $30,000 grant from Arapahoe County for the Silver Society on the Go project
- Silver Society flyer and locations shared with members
TSAC Projects
Transportation Solutions Workshops
- October workshops focused on the DRMAC app and RTD Access-a-Ride
- Aurora Center for Active Adults: 9 participants
- Malley Recreation Center: 15 participants with strong engagement
Silver Society on the Go (Shut-ins Program)
- Grant funding is approximately half of projected need; program moving forward with a shortened timeframe
- As of February 7, one participant registered
Planning & Future Workshops
- Additional Transportation Solutions workshop planned at Malley Recreation Center (June 10 and October 23)
- Discussion around expanding services in Arapahoe County; Silver Society identified as the primary initiative
Member Updates
- Jeannie Davis stepping down after 9 years on the Aurora Commission for Older Adults, including 5 years as Chair
