Are you interested in how people move around the city, especially pedestrians? Do you have a passion for walking and safety? Do you want to make a positive difference on city policies and procedures? Paul Kashmann is looking for a representative from District 6 to serve on The Mayor’s Pedestrian Advisory Committee (MPAC).

The Committee meets monthly on the second Tuesday of each month, currently on ZOOM, from 7:30-9:00 am. There are two representatives from each city council district and three at-large members for a total of 25 members. People serve three-year terms.

Recent Committee activity includes recommendations to the City on shared streets; speed limits around schools and in neighborhoods; complete streets design guidelines.
