Guest Presentation: Qualified Listeners

Chrysti Britt shared information about Qualified Listeners, a volunteer-based organization providing:

  • Free rides for medical and non-medical needs (ambulatory and wheelchair accessible)
  • Peer-to-peer support and advocacy
  • Assistance across a multi-state region (Wyoming to New Mexico)
  • Support for veterans in partnership with the VA and local officers
  • One-time financial assistance (e.g., car repairs – paid directly to vendors)
  • Home support such as grab bars, furnishings, and medical equipment
  • Donation acceptance (furniture and medical equipment in good condition)

  • RTD LiVE Program Reminder: Riders do not need a physical LiVE card if it is linked in their app.
