TSAC Meeting, December 18, 2025

Mission: Transportation Solutions Arapahoe County is a community-based group that works collaboratively to identify and find solutions to the transportation needs within Arapahoe County.

Vision: Transportation Solutions Arapahoe County will work to achieve sustainable, person-centered, coordinated solutions that support the dignity, independence, and quality of life for older adults, people with disabilities, and the low income population in the County.

In all meetings and communications of the Arapahoe County LCC (Transportation Solutions Arapahoe County) each member will respect and value everyone’s comments and time.

  2. Transportation Solutions Workshops
  • Our October workshops on the DRMAC app & RTD Access-a-Ride:
  • Aurora Center for Active Adults had 9 participants & didn’t go as well as it could have.
  • Malley Rec. Center had 15 participants and went much better than the other one.

  1. Silver Society on the Go – Shut-ins
  • ArapCo grant was about half of what is needed but, I’ll go forward with a shortened time frame.
  • As of 2/7, there is only 1 participant registered.

  1. TSAC planning
  • Baum: Another workshop like Transportation Solutions. Baum went on to plan one for Malley Rec. Center (6/10, 10/23)
  • Stryker suggested creating a program to serve ArapCo. Suhaka said she believes that’s what Silver Society is.
  • This really isn’t enough to go on to plan an activity for Arapahoe County.
