Vaccine Clinics for Individuals with IDD:
Now in Phase 1B3/ 1B4 which includes many individuals served by Imagine!.
Imagine and , Boulder County Public Health and Association for Community Living are hosting two COVID-19 vaccination clinics for individuals with IDD:
When:
Friday, April 2 (with second dose shot scheduled for Friday, April 30)
Friday, April 16 (with second dose shot scheduled Friday, May 14)
Where:
Both clinics will be held at the Boulder County Fairgrounds.

Transportation details for IntelliRide and RTD
IntelliRide: Has confirmed that they can transport people to these clinics even though the clinics are not exclusively serving Medicaid patients.
*If people cannot wear masks, please contact IntelliRide to obtain a waiver.
RTD (Paul Hamilton): Has policy in place for people who cannot wear masks. If a mask is not possible, people can wear a face shield. *If riders cannot wear a face shield, passengers MUST contact RTD well in advance of day of trip.
