Via Monday Morning Cup – September 14, 2020

The Via Monday Morning Cup met via Zoom from 10am-11am. The meeting started with introductions of attendees. Ashley Doty, Program Manager at DRMAC, gave a presentation on DRMAC’s Getting There App for the group. She gave an overview of the app and the app design. Then she gave an overview of how the app works and the additional menu page. The group had a couple questions about additional languages besides the four in the future and app use for people with visual impairments. Via also gave an update on ridership; they are currently picking up the rides for SRC riders and new riders can call in starting the week before Oct 1^st to start scheduling rides.
