URBAN DISCOVERIES
One of the key components of healthy living is getting outdoors and discovering new places. The Colorado Active Living Coalition has provided a grant to the Colorado Cross Disability Coalition to help individuals with mobility or cognitive issues explore parks and wilderness in the Denver Metropolitan Area for free. If you are interested in a one day outing please fill out the following application. This offer is free to anyone with a diagnosed disability, ages 18 and up.
