What:   We are gathering input on innovative or successful community-based organizations and efforts to support older Coloradans in their communities.

Who: Older Coloradans, Veterans, faith-based organizations, family caregivers, service providers, elected officials, nonprofits, advocates, and anyone who works with, or on behalf of, older Coloradans and their families are all welcome.

Coffee and light breakfast will be provided.
