If you are looking for Douglas County Health Department services – such as WIC, vital records or environmental health, – please be aware that beginning Monday, July 7th, all services and employees will be located at 11045 E. Lansing Circle, Suite 300, in Englewood (Meridian), Colorado.
There will be no disruption to services of any kind, including Vital Records (birth and death certificates) or WIC.
