- Working with regional partners to bring a series of Smart eHub Pilots to several locations.
- There are two main components to the Smart eHubs
- Bikeep smart eBike charging bike stations and lockers
- An eBike library coming online soon
- 2024 – Smart Commute selected Hardt Family Cyclery to provide Bikeep smart eBike charging bike stations and lockers, and Tern eBikes for the eBike library program in Northglenn, Thornton and Westminster.
- RTD Bus Stop Infrastructure Accessibility Assessment

- RTD is currently collecting data on each bus stop. Total of 9800+ bus stops with RTD owning 300+ of those stops.
- They are currently working with a consultant to gather data.
- RTD would love our help with sharing out importance of this. Present RCC

- Linking Boulder County Transit Plan Community Advisory Committees
- In process of collecting applications for people to serve on committees. One is in English and one is in Spanish.
- Help Shape Boulder County’s First Transit Plan! Boulder County is forming two Community Advisory Committees, one in English and one in Spanish, to guide the development of our first Strategic Transit Plan. Each committee will meet six times between October 2025 and November 2026, in person and virtually. Members will learn about current transit services, help identify future needs and advise on priorities. Apply to join this Community Advisory by Sept. 19.

- Jamie suggested that DRCOG or RTD could be potential funding sources for DRMAC’s Providers Map project, which covers the nine-county region.
- Walk Audit Presentation
- Latoya Prante gave an overview of the Walk Audit initiative and engaged in a great discussion with attendees.
EasyRide
- EasyRide has started marketing and has seen a huge increase in new unduplicated clients, large number of new people signing up and scheduling trips, both individuals with disabilities and family calls for seniors
- Rideline at DRCOG, Taylor Honeysett offer trip subsidies with TNCs, Jennifer to setup a meeting
- Discussed providing pilot funding to EasyRide for specific types of trips and destinations
- Number one request is to Anschutz in Aurora
