LYFT rides for 55+/disabled Adams County residents will be available through June 30, 2025. We are asking that rides be limited to 5 per client-per month. These rides are designed for those not being able access rides through Via Mobility. Clients should be directed to call the Adams County Human Services Community Partners Office at 720-523-2813.
